join

-Three
business
leaders
from
Metro
Detroit
became
members
of
Vistage
Michigan,
an
affiliate
of the
world’s
leading
chief
executive
organization,
Vistage
International.
Vistage
Michigan
provides
business
leaders

innovative
strategies
and
actionable
items.
The new
members
are:
Larry
Gintner,
vice
president
of
Chesterfield
Twp.-based
Schena
Roofing
and
Sheet
Metal;
James
(Jay)
Hawreluk,
CEO and
Founder
of
Dearborn-based
AcuMax,
Inc; and
Rob
Keenan,
president
of
Troy-based
Seco
Tools.
The new
members
of
Vistage
Michigan
will
enjoy an
advisory
board of
CEO
peers
who meet
in small
groups,
nine
times a
year, to
help one
another
make
better
business
decisions
and
achieve
better
results.
They
will
also
partake
in
one-to-one
business
coaching
from a
seasoned
and
accomplished
Chief
Executive
(C.E.)
group
Chair.
Gintner
has been
vice
president
of
Schena
Roofing
& Sheet
Metal
since
2007.
Prior to
his
employment
with
Schena,
he was
foreman
at C.
Davis
Roofing.
Gintner
is the
only
Michigan
contractor
to have
received
the GAF
President’s
Award, a
designation
of
excellence
for
contractors.
Gintner
attended
Wayne
State
University
and is a
resident
of
Washington
Township.
Hawreluk
is the
author
of
“Unraveling
the
Mystery
of
People,”
which
led to
the
creation
of the
AcuMax
Index,
the
first
drive-based
reporting
tool
measuring
a
person’s
natural
hardwiring.
He
founded
AcuMax
Inc.
three
years
ago to
provide
organizations
with
consulting
services
along
with the
AcuMax
Index
tool to
better
assess
and
build
their
workforce.
Hawreluk
earned a
bachelor’s
degree
from
University
of
Michigan
and his
MBA from
University
of
Detroit.
Hawreluk
is a
Dearborn
resident.
Keenan
assumed
the role
of
president
at Seco
Tools in
January.
Seco
Tools is
a
leading
manufacturing
and
supplier
of
carbide
cutting
tools
and
associated
equipment.
Keenan
has been
with
Seco
Tools
since
2004,
first as
Sales
and
Marketing
Manager
and then
as
Country
Manager
for
Canada.
Keenan
earned
an
associate’s
degree
in
mechanical
technology
at
Thomas
Nelson
Community
College
and
attended
a
journeyman
machinist
apprenticeship
program.
Keenan
is a
resident
of
Oakland
Township.
