Monster “V-Sound,” Plus New “SoftPlay” Tuning in Monster Blaster Black

The secret to the explosive sound of the Blaster family is an innovative design and technology that features a V-shaped angled cabinet with drivers on both sides that project on either side of the speaker. The Monster Blaster Black features seven high-performance drivers (Master Blaster S features six). In each of these models, the end result is the creation of both direct and reflective sound that comes towards you and bounces off the wall to create a completely immersive experience that Monster calls V-Sound™. They also feature

Monster’s proprietary PowerBass™, an integrated powered subwoofer for powerful bass response. All models deliver the unique listening experience of Pure Monster Sound™ wirelessly—with tight and deep bass and powerful dynamics for the ultimate in emotional impact.

Master Blaster Black: New Styling and Audio Innovations, Including “SoftPlay”

Monster’s original Blaster created an entire new category in high-performance wireless loudspeakers, and the new Monster Blaster Black builds on that momentum with incredible styling and innovative new features. Indoor and Outdoor Dual EQ Voicing Profiles optimize the sound for any environment, and enhances bass further for outdoor listening sessions. Monster Blaster Black kicks the listening experience up yet another notch with an audio innovation called SoftPlay™ tuning, a variable bass output that increases proportionally at low volume levels to balance the sound. With SoftPlay™, users enjoy deep rich sound even at low volumes. With Bluetooth and USB connectivity, Monster Blaster Black offers 12+ hours of continuous battery power, so you can literally dance the night away! Adding to its modern convenience features, a USB charging port (also on Master Blaster S) lets you can recharge your smartphone while partying.
