ANN ARBOR - On Friday, President Joe Biden visited Ann Arbor and delivered remarks on his Investing in America agenda, highlighting its impact across the country, with a focus on Michigan.

This stop is part of a series of political campaign stops in Michigan, including Vice President and Democratic Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris' visit to Detroit on Monday and GOP Nominee and former President Donald Trump's visit to Potterville on Aug. 29.

The White House announced the "Good Jobs" order, which instructs federal agencies to prioritize new labor standards as part of recent government spending on infrastructure and manufacturing. The order includes directives for voluntary union recognition and prioritizing projects that offer benefits such as childcare, health insurance, and paid leave.
