The

The
Mayan
Train
has
brought
about
significant
changes
to the
tourism
and
transportation
infrastructure
of
Quintana
Roo and
has also
led to
an
economic
boom in
the
state,
particularly
in the
industrial
sector.
According
to the
latest
data
published
by the
National
Institute
of
Statistics
and
Geography
(Inegi),
industrial
activity
in
Quintana
Roo in
December
2023
experienced
an
extraordinary
annual
growth
of
186.3%,
which is
the
highest
among
all the
Mexican
states.
KULKANA
is a
planned
community
within a
harmonious
environment
in the
Riviera
Maya,
just
minutes
away
from the
Mayan
Train
Station
in
Cancun,
Quintana
Roo.

Construction
was the
most
significant
factor
responsible
for this
growth,
with an
exceptional
increase
of
263.2%.
The
construction
work
related
to the
Mayan
Train
project
has
contributed
significantly
to this
growth,
creating
many
employment
and
development
opportunities
for the
local
population.
Other
industries,
like
mining
and
energy,
have
also
experienced
growth
of 10.4%
and
6.8%,
respectively.
However,
other
regions
in the
country,
like
Tabasco
and
Yucatán,
have
shown
significant
monthly
increases
in their
industrial
activity.
For
tourists
who will
stay in
the
Cancun
Hotel
Zone and
want to
visit
another
destination
during
their
trip,
they
will be
minutes
away
from the
new Maya
Train
transfer
station

airport.

This
upward
trend in
industrial
activity
in
Quintana
Roo is a
