Multiple
floors
inside
the
Pentagon
were
locked
down and
evacuated
Thursday
morning
following
a
hazardous
materials
incident
that
triggered
an air
quality
concern
and a
shelter-in-place
directive
for the
affected
area.

confirmed
that the
facility's
advanced
systems
identified

department
