downtown
Detroit
from May
29-31,
2026,
featuring
INDYCAR,
IMSA
sports
car
racing,
and INDY
NXT,
along

fan-friendly

and

attractions
throughout
the
weekend.
Races
The main
racing
program
includes
the
Chevrolet
INDYCAR
Grand
Prix,
the
Chevrolet
Detroit
Sports
Car
Classic
in
IMSA’s
GTP and
GTD PRO
classes,
and a
45-lap
INDY NXT
by
Firestone
race.
The
event
uses the
1.7-mile,
nine-turn
Streets
of
Downtown
Detroit
circuit,
with the
INDYCAR
race on
Sunday,
the IMSA
race on
Saturday,
and INDY
NXT also
on
Sunday.
Fan
activities
Fans can
enjoy
the
Riverwalk,
Hart
Plaza,
Jefferson
Avenue,
Woodward
Avenue,
Campus
Martius
Park,
and
Cadillac
Square,
where
there
will be
interactive
games,
food,
live
music,
and
other
attractions.
The
Meijer
Fan Zone
offers

activities,
free ice
cream,
and
sports

Grandstand
tickets

with

events
Cruise
Night
returns
on
Friday,
May 29,
turning
the
circuit
into an
automotive
showcase
with 100
vehicles,
including
classics,
muscle
cars,
hot
rods,
and
exotics.

IMSA
qualifying,
the cars
will
take a
parade
lap
before
lining
Jefferson
Avenue
for fans
to view,
along
with
food
trucks,
music,
tech
talks,
and
photo
opportunities.
